To make this dish, start by preheating your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Then, combine 1/2 cup (120 ml) of bread crumbs, 1/4 cup (60 ml) of melted butter, 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of chopped fresh parsley, 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of chopped fresh thyme leaves, and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl.

- 1 pound mild Italian sausage
