Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped bacon
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a large baking dish, bake chicken breasts in olive oil for 20 minutes. In a small bowl, mix together BBQ sauce, ranch dressing and blue cheese dressing. Once chicken breasts are cooked, remove from oven and top with dressing mixture. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and chopped bacon. Return to oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Enjoy!

4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8-10 pieces of bacon, diced
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of all-purpose flour

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Chicken breast: butterfly the chicken by slicing it in half horizontally, but not all the way through so it can still be opened like a book. Season both sides of each chicken breast with salt and pepper. 2. In a shallow dish, combine flour and bacon. Coat each piece of chicken in the bacon mixture, then place in a baking dish or on a baking sheet. 3. Sprinkle cheese over top of chicken breasts. Sprinkle chicken with salt and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts and cook for 3 minutes per side, or until golden brown. 5. Pour chicken broth into skillet and bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Remove toothpicks before serving. Enjoy!

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon paprika Salt and pepper, to taste 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 onion, diced 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley 2 tablespoons capers, drained 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese Instructions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly coat a baking dish with cooking spray. In a shallow bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Dredge each chicken breast in the flour mixture until coated and set aside. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 3 minutes per side. Transfer to the prepared baking dish. In the same skillet used to cook chicken breasts, add onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and olives; cook until heated through, about 2 minutes.
